All of our specialists are highly trained and certified. One-on-one appointments available at 295 Madison and in-home. We also provide stretch services for corporate wellness and athletic events. Private one-on-one sessions: Stretch sessions are available at our various locations, as well as in-home. Assisted stretching can be a part of your fitness plan to help you move better, improve performance, and help bounce back after workouts. Corporate wellness services: We provide stretch services as a benefit to employers to improve health, wellness, and employee culture. Our certified specialists stretch employees onsite and address common workplace issues, such as low back pain, poor posture, and muscular tension. Athletic events: We provide stretch services at sporting events in golf clubs, tennis clubs, and fitness centers. Our certified specialists set up with our massage tables to give participants quick and effective pre-/post-game stretches.
