For someone who keeps a constant stack of cookbooks on her nightstand, there is almost no greater honor than being included in a cookbook. I am proud to share that in 2023, we were featured in seven new cookbooks, including the NYT Best Cookbook of 2023, 'Tenderheart' by Hetty McKinnon, and 'Shabbat' by Adeena Sussman. We are grateful to these talented chefs for including our recipes or products (or both) in their books. We take pride in the educational aspect of our business, and it certainly helps to have the support of many wonderful authors sharing flavors like harissa, za'atar, and preserved lemon with their audiences.
