As we dive into 2025, we’re reflecting on 2024 and celebrating the flavors that became our customers’ top favorites! Watching our community embrace the tastes of the Middle East never gets old. Last year, these two rose to the top… Online: Preserved Lemon Paste Thanks to some amazing press hits (The Strategist,?Forbes,?NPR?to name a few!!), this jar has found its way into so many kitchens. It’s undeniably unique and of course, delicious. It’s quickly earned the title of star ingredient in so many dishes both sweet and savory. In-store: Shawarma Spice Blend This blend continues to bring so much joy. Shawarma is a flavor people know and love, but seeing the delight on your faces when you taste it—and hearing about the creative ways you use it—reminds me why we do what we do. Whether it’s on roasted veggies, chicken, or something unexpected, you’ve made it your own, and that’s everything to us. We couldn’t be more grateful for our growing community last year and in these early days of 2025, we’re filled with excitement for what’s next!
