Master’s degree is a plus. #NoticePeriod : Immediate to 15days #Location : Hyderabad #Responsibilities 1.Handle HR operations of external employees who are onboarded to NYGCI 2.Single POC to conduct the BGC of all external employees. 3.?Onboard all external employees formally. 4.?Engage employees on a regular basis to know their feedback and act on it. 5.?Handle timesheet management of all external employees? 6.Handle all operational activities of our IT employees traveling onsite to client locations 7.?Handle exit formalities of external employees. 8.?Handle performance management of external employees.? 9.?Negotiate salary renewals of external employees 10.?Conduct lunch events quarterly for all external employees 11.?Coordinate with finance team in India to ensure invoices to customers are submitted within 7 working days in the following month. 12.?Coordinate with timesheets team to ensure timesheets data are accurate to release the payroll on time. 13.?Manage RME team and sales administrator to ensure their day-to-day operations are completed successfully. 14.?Conduct lunch/dinner events for customers. 15.?Resolve customer/NYGCI matters on top priority basis. 16.?Manage the contracts renewal and extensions with customers. 17.?Conduct regular marketing activities (online/onsite in PH). 18.?Create process documents (invoices, payment terms, resume submissions, etc.) for each client based on their requirements.
