I don’t often have the opportunity to meet and speak with our Congressional Leaders but yesterday I did. On behalf of the New York Credit Union Association, Our credit union Chairman George C Mifsud and I met with U.S. Rep. Nicole Malliotakis. The discussion included supporting the Federal Credit Union Tax Exempt Status and stressing the important role that credit unions fulfill in our communities. We thank Congresswoman Malliotakis for her time and understanding of our mission. We also thank her for coordinating an awesome tour of the Capitol Building !!!
