Congrats to the New Vision Foundation's Pathfinder's cohort on graduating yesterday! Hearing the graduates share their journey from being newbies at tech to gaining the skills and confidence to complete the bootcamp was truly inspiring. As part of the Ramsey County Learn and Earn program, participants are able to get their first work experience through a paid internship at Software for Good. This is an investment in our community and local ecosystem and as County Commissioner Rena Moran stated, the best social program we can give are tools to have a great job and career and support themselves and ensure a strong, stable family. Truly excited for them. They’ve put in the work, and now, the future is at their fingertips!
