It’s almost 2025 and you may or may not know that means….Tier II Reporting! Each year businesses who store, manufacture, or transport hazardous materials are responsible for submitting Tier II annual reports by March 1st for the previous year. For oil and gas operators, these materials typically include crude oil, produced water and condensate. NTG Environmental prepares and submits Tier II annual reports to state agencies, fire departments and LEPCs, pays required state and LEPC fees, and acquires Regulated Entity Numbers (RN’s) in Texas when applicable on behalf of the operator.
