Welcoming Virginia's Behavior Health Commission!
Our agency had the distinct honor of hosting the latest meeting of Virginia's Behavioral Health Commission (BHC) yesterday in Radford. The BHC, which is composed of 12 state legislators, was established in 2021 to improve Virginia's behavioral health services and system through research-based recommendations and oversight. Prior to their afternoon meeting, BHC members were given a tour of the programs that make up NRVCS' crisis services continuum.
