Last week, I had the opportunity to be in community with over 3,000 impact and sustainability leaders at #GreenBiz25, where we explored what it means to navigate this moment and move forward, together. It was an honor to sit down with Caitlin Leibert, VP of Sustainability at Whole Foods Market to discuss the power of interdependence, embracing complexity and redefining how we measure progress. We then hosted a special live recording of the Say More podcast, featuring Hip Hop Caucus founder Rev. Yearwood, where we talked about the role of culture in social change. As we collectively grappled with the complexities of driving impact during uncertainty, I know this to be true: we can’t confuse our trauma response with our strategy. Progress won’t come from isolated efforts — it will emerge through dialogue, shared wisdom and collaboration.
