The National Football League (NFL) Foundation, New Orleans Super Bowl Host Committee, Super Bowl LIX Host Committee, Entergy, United Way of Southeast Louisiana, Ochsner Health, Venture Global LNG, and Greater New Orleans, Inc. – GNO, Inc. came together to honor the 65 grant recipients of the Super Bowl LIX Legacy Program, Impact 59 Powered by Entergy. On Thursday, February 6, the Impact 59 Day of Service featured a special press conference and meal-packing to support Feeding America and the Second Harvest Food Bank of Louisiana. This collaborative effort highlights the importance of community partnerships in creating lasting impact, as local organizations join forces to help fight hunger and strengthen the New Orleans community. #SuperBowlLIX

And, that's a wrap on Super Bowl LIX! ?? On Sunday evening, the Philadelphia Eagles were crowned Super Bowl champions after defeating the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22 at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. The Eagles celebrate their second Super Bowl win in franchise history and the bragging rights of denying the Chiefs what would have been their third consecutive Super Bowl title. Behind the scenes, our Host Committee team is celebrating our own victory - the success and completion of New Orleans' record-tying 11th Super Bowl. Our Sports Foundation staff is grateful for the support and collaboration of the National Football League (NFL), the New Orleans Saints and the entire Host Committee, including founding partners Entergy and Chevron and all of our sponsors, as we managed and executed football's biggest event. It's what we do.

It's been a special week in the Crescent City. ?? Our own Marcus Brown, Chair of the New Orleans Super Bowl Host Committee, along with the rest of New Orleans, welcomed the NFL and the world to our city for #SuperBowlLIX. ?? #WePowerLife ?? #ItsWhatWeDo

Scoring big for coastal Louisiana ahead of Super Bowl LIX! ???? As part of the Super Bowl LIX Community Green Project, we teamed up yesterday with Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana, National Football League (NFL) Green, New Orleans Super Bowl Host Committee, FORCE BLUE, Chefs Brigade, Verizon , Entergy Louisiana, Dow Gulf Coast, Port Fourchon, Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, Barataria-Terrebonne National Estuary Program, Lafourche Parish Government, and IMTT to build a living shoreline in Leeville, La! 59 tons of recycled oyster shells and 2000 plugs of marsh grass were used to help mitigate storm damage and minimize coastal erosion in south Lafourche Parish. A HUGE shoutout to everyone who made this event possible, especially our incredible volunteers, the real MVPs! Here’s to a winning game plan for Louisiana’s coast! ????

Today, we officially handed the ball to the Bay Area Super Bowl Host Committee for Super Bowl LIX. What an incredible journey it’s been!
