The theme of the seminar was?“?????????????? ???????????? ???????????????????? ?????? ?????????????? ?????????????? ?????? ???? ?????????? ??????????.” With global life expectancy on the rise and fertility rates declining, how can we ensure that the increased life span is also healthy, with purpose and connections? The demand for effective solutions in healthcare, social services, and income security is growing—especially in low- and middle-income countries that face unique challenges and limited resources is urgent and this seminar brought us some interesting insights. During the seminar, we explored strategies to address these challenges, including the complexities of migration and its impact on aging populations. The discussions emphasized the need for integrated approaches across social protection, healthcare, education, and labor markets. As we move forward, fostering collaboration and implementing innovative policies will be essential for building a society that supports individuals at every stage of life.
