LEED v5 O+M is the latest and most comprehensive version of the globally recognized LEED standards, focusing not just on how a building is constructed, but how it truly performs over time. This ensures long-term sustainability, energy efficiency, and resident well-being. This milestone is another major achievement for Ascent, which also holds the title of the world’s tallest mass timber building. Through a Decarbonization & Capital Plan, alternative transportation programs, and innovative waste management strategies, Ascent is setting a new benchmark for sustainable, wellness-focused living.
