The Leapfrog Group’s latest Hospital Safety Grade shows hospitals are making strides in #PatientSafety, showing improvements in health care-associated infections, hand hygiene and medication safety. The Raising The Bar for Maternal Health and Excellence 2024 Convening hosted by the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute (NJHCQI) united diverse voices from healthcare providers, advocates, and community. A huge thank you to powerhouse speakers including keynote, Dr. Monica R. McLemore and workshop speakers Kristen Brown and Jaye Wilson for their insight in strengthening mission to create a healthier, more equitable future for birthing people and families.
