Last week at 2301 JFK Boulevard, New Hudson Facades and Core Installation completed the installation of the Tower Phase of this 23-story project. This consisted of 21 floors of Starter Sills, Head Tracks, Decorative slab covers, and Window Wall units. The next phase of installation (Phase 1) is going to launch this fall of 2024. Phase 1 is the Storefront, levels 1 and 2, which is comprised of a residential window wall section on the west elevation of the building and 20-ft tall, unitized curtain wall on the east portion of the building.
