Our mission is to empower and elevate women leaders in New Hampshire’s local government sector by delivering essential leadership training and building the confidence, skills, and networks they need to lead and serve their communities with excellence. Who Should Apply??Women who are current employees in New Hampshire’s local government sector who seek to develop leadership skills and/or grow into leadership roles are invited to apply to this five-session program at no charge. Each year, choosing a recipient is challenging, as so many of our members dedicate themselves to supporting our organization and their municipalities. This award honors someone who goes above and beyond in helping us achieve our member-driven policy goals. Cathy Ann embodies this spirit. With years of service at both the municipal and county levels, she has been a strong advocate for good governance and our legislative priorities.
