The purpose of New Hampshire Educators of Color (NHEOC) is to support the recruitment and retention of a racially and culturally diverse educator workforce in NH. NHEOC, a comprehensive network of Educators of Color, provides professional development, resources, and a space to share ideas and build community among educators of color. NHEOC supports the public K-12 NH DEIJ Directors, the NHEOC Affinity Space, and the Igniting Youth Networks for Empowerment (IGNYTE).

(NHEOC), a comprehensive network dedicated to supporting the recruitment and retention of a racially and culturally diverse educator workforce in New Hampshire. Officially incorporated in May 2024, the NHEOC is an organization led by educators of color for educators of color whose experiences span from K-12 to post-graduate level as classroom teachers, administrators, and leaders.
