No formal venture experience is required.?Bachelor’s or Master’s in life sciences, bioengineering, bioinformatics/AI, or a related field is preferred.?Experience ideally includes 2+ years in a role relevant to biotech (e.g., venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, or an operating role in biopharma).?Backgrounds with an MD, PhD and/or MBA will be considered, but are not required.
