Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities often have accompanying medical needs specific to their diagnosis. These varying needs can range from very simple to highly complex. New Concepts for Living (NCFL) is one of a few select agencies with nurses available 24/7. Our team of RNs and LPNs are on site at our Paramus Day Program location and either on site or on call for our community residences. Our nursing team coordinates with physicians, other healthcare professionals, guardians, and families to ensure the continued physical and mental well-being of our residents.
