Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Developing??User??Acquisition??Strategies:??Formulate??and??execute??strategies??to??acquire??users. - Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns to??drive??app??installs??and??achieve??key performance indicators (KPIs). - Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure efficient allocation of resources across different campaigns and channels. - Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of user acquisition campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization tactics to enhance results. - Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to inform decision-making and adjust strategies accordingly. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, marketing, and analytics to align user acquisition efforts with overall business objectives. - Reporting: Generate regular reports to track key metrics, provide insights into campaign performance, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. - Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize user acquisition campaigns. - Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing principles, including paid advertising, ASO and conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Creativity: Capability to brainstorm innovative ideas for user acquisition campaigns and experiment with new strategies to reach target audiences effectively. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly, collaborate with team members, and present findings to stakeholders. - Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the digital landscape, algorithm updates, and emerging trends to maintain competitiveness in user acquisition efforts. **Work Schedule :** 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Indian Standard Time 15 hrs per week (Flexible work hours) Meeting time : Any time between 3 PM to 6 PM IST. Should be planned and scheduled ahead.
