Q. What is your top leadership tip you would share with others? “Build a team of people who are smarter than you, you never want to be the smartest person in the room. I am lucky to work with some of the smartest people I have ever met, they make the company better, our patient's lives better and ultimately upskill those around them including me.” Q. What advice would you give to people starting out in leadership roles? “You get more with honey than you do with vinegar! It’s so important to get to know your team personally, to understand what motivates them and what demotivates them. It is a leader’s responsibility to flex their style to get the best out of the team.” Q. How does Nevro differ in terms of leadership compared to other employees you have worked with?? “Nevro gives its leaders space to lead, we are given the flexibility to run our departments whilst leading in line with our company values. My favorite thing about Nevro’s leadership ethos is how we encourage team members at all levels to be leaders.? The Study Demonstrates Multiple Advantages of Nevro1?,? the Novel SI Joint Fusion System by Nevro, in Comparison to Posterolateral and Lateral Approaches. The study concluded that a posterior integrated transfixation single-implant cage system is superior to a posterolateral cylindrical threaded single-implant system.
