Senator Catherine Cortez Masto reintroduced her Southern Nevada Economic Development and Conservation Act. Let the Groundbreakings begin. Rolling out our first 2 Home Means Nevada (American Rescue Plan Act 2021) funded projects. A total of 201 Affordable Housing Units will be developed at Duncan & Edwards and 28th & Sunrise. The SNRHA and The Michael’s Organization are co-developers for these projects which are scheduled for completion in July & September 2026. Special thanks to Praxis Consulting, Reno & Cavanaugh, Larry Tyndall Residential Design, Taney Engineering, Nevada Housing Division, the City of Las Vegas, Clark County and our Region IX HUD team that pulled together numerous HUD divisions ensuring that we were able to close on time.
