Please congratulate one of this quarter's Heroes, Jennifer Glover Respiratory Manager, NeuroRestorative Utah! Jennifer Glover is our Manager of Respiratory Services for our Utah facility and she does a phenomenal job. She shows integrity through her work ethic and her efforts in making this facility the safest option for individuals to receive respiratory care. She is a support to the staff, those we serve, and their families. She treats everyone with respect and works to have appropriate and adequate training for her team. She covers night-time shifts when needed because she cares so much that residents’ needs are attended to at all times. Most of all, she genuinely cares about those in our program. She would do anything she possibly could to help them have the best quality of life possible. She is a really hard worker and brings a lot to the table as a leader. Please congratulate one of this quarter's Heroes, Jana Hawthorne Residential Supervisor, NeuroRestorative Arkansas! Jana started at our NeuroRestorative, Arkansas, program in October 2014. She started as a Life Skill Trainer in our Dual program, then moved to our audit program in phase 1. After working with the audits for a while helping the individuals we serve in their therapy, and really enjoying watching them get better and stronger, Jana became a PT Tech (she was great at being a PT Tech. Jana later became the Shift Supervisor. Jana is always working hard to make sure the individuals we serve have the best quality of life. Jana helps in other phases of the program when needed and never complains. Jana is truly an amazing leader, and this is evident every day in her hard work. She does her best to make each and every one feel comfortable and has an open-door policy. She is a great listener and gives great advice. She goes above and beyond for the company. Happy Halloween?? NeuroRestorative had a Halloween door decorating contest at our Carbondale, IL program! Eva Smith (Administrative Assistant) is the organizer of the Halloween Door Contest every year. The Judges were Michele Vaughn and Lindsay Rhoades. This year we had 3 winners for the Academy (Children & Teens Program) and 3 winners also for TRAC (Adult Program).

She will go out of her way to make sure the individuals’ needs are met and she encourages them to gain as much independence as possible. She speaks to her co-workers with respect and she makes an effort to work as a team. Akouvi puts forth effort to make the house feel like a home for the people we serve.
