In astrophysics, data can seem chaotic—but for neurodivergent minds, patterns emerge where others see noise. ? Jessica Schonhut-Stasik harnesses neurodivergence to process vast cosmic scales, intuitively grasping numbers in the millions and billions. While many struggle to conceptualize such magnitudes, her unique thinking style turns the incomprehensible into insight. ? This is the power of neurodiversity in science—reshaping how we explore the universe, one pattern at a time. Two things can be true at the same time: ? My dyslexia creates daily challenges. ?? My dyslexic brain is the reason for my success. This t-shirt highlights that the brain that flips a "b" or a "d" is the same brain that can visualize a 3D solution to a problem. Same brain—sometimes a challenge, sometimes a gift. If we only talk about one without the other, dyslexia is seen as either a disability or a superpower. But the truth is—it’s simply the way our brains work. Let’s flip the script together. Grab yours today! (Sales end March 23rd) https://lnkd.in/eaP2TvJk Thanks Jupmode for making this happen with the #hereforgood campaign!

Having dyslexia feels like a blessing and a curse most days. My brain is wired for optimism, so I focus on the unique talents and perspectives I bring to organizations while giggling to myself whenever I make a spelling mistake. My spelling mistakes don't define me. The impact I have on people and organizations does.
We were thrilled to have Nancy Disbrow SHRM-SCP come and share in our LOFTALKS.

A quick Thanksgiving reminder: ADHD brains thrive with excitement until it becomes intense and overwhelming. For your family members who may have ADHD, they will be great when it comes to ... ?? Extinguishing the flames from the oven ?? Cleaning the house in record time ?? Finding a creative solution for the ingredient you forgot ?? Transforming the dinner table into a beautiful festive masterpiece But they can become overwhelmed, so... ?? Make sure they drink enough water throughout the day ?? Offer snacks - high-protein snacks ?? Encourage short breaks outside, away from the excitement ?? Give them something to hold/ fidget Oh! And consider a wobble stool at your table this year!

Kate Griggs does it again! This is a fantastic clip, and it resonates deeply with me. I've always honored my strong sense of justice, which has gotten me in "trouble" a time or two. It's also made for some great stories!

Dyslexics feel injustice deeply. We are not content to accept how the world is. Instead, we imagine how it could be. And we become fearless campaigners who positively disrupt the status quo. We use our courage, persistence and determination to change something and right a wrong. Watch environmental activist, Erin Brockovich, explain why she was prepared to take on utility company PG&E to get justice for over 500 residents of Hinkley, California, winning the largest direct-action lawsuit for them in US history. And learn how you can tap into your #DyslexicThinking to create change on an issue that matters to you in our 1-hour #DyslexicU course, Changemakers & Activism.
