The NeuGroup for Heads of FP&A members convened in Charlotte this week to meet new friends and rekindle old relationships during two days of benchmarking and peer discussions at our 1H 2024 meeting. Our hosts Nucor Corporation put on a great show at their HQ (led by member Robert Fowler, CFA and his colleague Walker McCarthy), and we even got to have Jack Sullivan (VP, Treasurer and GM of Investor Relations) join us for a few sessions. Our comprehensive agenda included an outing to Topgolf, dinner at Bulla Gastrobar, and strong discussions on topics including senior leadership skills, AI use cases, the latest forecasting techniques, and several others.
