Neudorfer Engineers is certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB). We are experienced and skilled at providing air and hydronic systems test and balance services; sound and vibration-level measurement of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment; cleanroom testing and certification, building commissioning; equipment start-up, field engineering and test engineering. Bill Neudorfer and Phil Emory are past Presidents of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB). They have taught educational programs and led numerous workshops and professional presentations. R.F. Neudorfer and Associates was established in 1970 as a professionally-qualified mechanical engineering and test and balance organization. The firm incorporated in 1980, and the name was changed to Neudorfer Engineers, Inc.
