    Were hiring Electrical Engineers! If you are a creative, smart and a driven individual that enjoys working with complex problems we want YOU! You will be responsible for working on multi-million dollar designs that support an array of businesses. Great ideas are encouraged and supported. Ingenuity is the main mechanism which supports our focus on quality, speed, and cost. We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support design of diesel generators and modular data centers in collaboration with international partners. The ideal candidate will have hands-on electrical design experience, including data center critical equipment, manufacturing, and construction knowledge. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and factory partners to define project requirements. Lead 3rd party engineering teams to create construction documents exceeding quality and budget requirements. Specify electrical equipment, work with utilities, and ensure compliance with local codes. Review equipment submittals, define project scope, and provide technical support during construction. Commission electrical systems and travel to sites for reviews and support. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or 5+ years of relevant experience. 3+ years of manufacturing/industrial/commercial electrical design experience. 2+ years of experience developing design documentation. Preferred Qualifications: Professional engineering license. Knowledge of building codes (Life Safety, IBC, NFPA, NEC, OSHA). Data center design experience. Experience with fast-track projects, large-scale operations, or mission-critical facilities. Expertise in uninterruptable power sources, generators, switchgear, and other critical equipment. Familiarity with medium voltage distribution systems and basic mechanical systems. Experience with premanufactured data centers. Ability to research and deploy new designs and technologies. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and high-quality standards. Team-oriented, motivated, and resourceful. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
