???? Thank you to our Veterans! ???? We snuck away from the office today to grab lunch as a team. While we sat debating who needs to be fired from the Chicago Bears, in walked two servicemen in uniform. It took my breath away for a moment and I found myself reflecting on why. I don’t often see soldiers in my daily routine. We don’t live in a country where we have military patrolling our streets regularly. ?Their presence isn’t woven into the rhythm of our days. It’s easy to forget, in the comfort of our day-to-day lives, the immense sacrifices made by others to protect our democracy. We have the leisure to move through our days, often forgetting the challenges, hardships and dangers faced by those who serve. I’m grateful for days like today, Veterans Day. To be reminded to pause and give thanks. To all veterans, thank you. Thank you for your service, for your sacrifices, and for the freedoms you secure for us every day. We see you. We honor you. We are deeply grateful for you. #VeteransDay

?? ?? We love this video our team sent us so much, we're going to forgive that they're using our old logo as their laptop wallpaper at the end. ?? This year we added a splash of adventure to our benefits! We leased two villas on the Albanian coast, driveable from our offices in North Macedonia and Kosovo, and branded them Seascape. Sometimes we use them to host team working sessions, giving teams a much-needed change of scenery, and sometimes our employees use them to spend time with family. On the US side, we rolled out an annual stipend to spend on travel accommodations wherever and whenever to encourage downtime with family. We weren't really going to communicate this benefit externally, but we couldn't resist sharing what they created! ?? Signing Day! Year 2 of Nettxio Employees Serving as Special Needs Assistants! ?? Nettxio is heading into year 2 of an agreement with P?rparimi Resource Center (Qendra Burimore “P?rparimi”), a special needs school in Kosovo that supports children who face challenges integrating into regular schools. Through this agreement, we are committed to providing two trained Special Needs Assistants who work as extra hands in the school to support the teachers and students. Ermira, our Director of Global Human Resources, has a son enrolled in this school, and it makes us incredibly proud to see the direct impact our team can have on the lives of these children and their families. ?? Cross-Atlantic Teamwork: Rising to the Challenges of Hurricane Helene ?? Nettxio is a relatively young company that’s growing rapidly and we’re spread out geographically. We have engineers in offices in Kosovo and North Macedonia and some who work from home in 12 states in the US. Ages and backgrounds vary greatly. We’re proud of the diversity on our team in ages and cultural experiences and the wide-ranging perspectives that brings. However, it can be tricky to navigate ensuring this team prioritizes cohesiveness. We focus a lot of attention on improving communication across teams and brainstorming ideas on how to make everyone feel more connected internally. Not only because our customers benefit from a well-connected team, but because it strengthens our company culture and reinforces the sense of belonging and purpose within each of us. A connected team isn't just efficient—it’s resilient, adaptable and better equipped to face challenges together. Weeks like the one we just had with Hurricane Helene gave us the opportunity to see the immense power of a connected, global team in action. That when called to action, our team moves swiftly and succinctly as one cohesive unit. In the U.S., some of our engineers and our customers’ teams faced severe disruptions. Homes and roadways were damaged by fallen trees, power was lost and internet went down for days, families were uprooted. Yet some found ways to stay online—tapping into a neighbor’s generator or purchasing their own, driving in search of a stable connection to set up temporary offices or take calls in a parking lot, working from our customer’s office when they had no other option. Not because we told them they had to, but because they wanted to be a part of the efforts to restore communications. While the U.S. team faced the local storm challenges, our engineers in Kosovo and North Macedonia mobilized with 24-hour support. Giving up their weekends and time with family and friends, volunteering to work extra hours to ensure continuous service to our customers. It was a quiet but significant dedication from the team who saw the destruction from across the Atlantic, recognized their ability to help and shouldered the workload. The clean-up from Helene and the impacts of the storm will be on-going, as will Nettxio’s support of the efforts by way of our customers. But we wanted to take this moment to show appreciation for our team, who continues to demonstrate for us the strength that comes from diversity.
