When they asked us to create an Employee Recognition program for our Wholesale Service Assurance team — not just one based on metrics and KPIs, but one that truly celebrates our team members as individuals — it was a powerful reminder of the strength of a great partnership. Our team works with some of the largest organizations in the telecommunications and wholesale space, supporting advanced network infrastructures that power connectivity. We manage cutting-edge projects, from deploying robust dark fiber solutions to optimizing high-capacity and next-generation optical systems. Our work covers everything from proactive monitoring and routine maintenance to complex troubleshooting and rapid incident response. We’re kicking off this new monthly recognition program by celebrating six outstanding team members! Shengyl has been a driving force in network operations, bringing deep technical expertise and a systematic approach to solving critical infrastructure challenges. In his new role, he will focus on identifying and resolving persistent span loss issues within our customer’s transport optical network, ensuring long-term stability, optimized performance, and sustainable network health. ? With his strong engineering expertise in the extensive client network, Shengyl will play a key role in addressing complex span loss challenges and enhancing network reliability. He is leading the development of new approaches and tools to improve the management and mitigation of span loss, ensuring a more efficient and proactive process. Happy 17th Independence Day to Kosovo???? Setting out on a path to gain Independence requires the courage to fight, the strength to rebuild and the vision to move forward. Some nations have the privilege of honoring their independence as distant history. Watered down and consumed in the pages of history books. But for the people of Kosovo, it’s a lived experience. Their freedom fought for on their soil was not inherited, it was earned. People they knew and loved were hurt, killed or forever marked by the struggle. Homes were lost. The weight of that sacrifice is fresh, and so is the resilience it took to rise from it. At Nettxio, we are honored to work alongside those who carry that strength, determination and pride every day.
