February has been a great month for supplier visits! The sun was shining in Western New York to welcome CGW Abrasives yesterday. Thanks for making the trip to talk strategy and big plans to come, Andreas Kyriacou and Kevin Herman! These guys and their team earned a Supplier MVP award at our Annual Meeting in the fall. If you're looking for growth in 2025, these might be just the folks you want to talk to.

Training and education are key components of NetPlus membership. Our industry is evolving, and so are our members! Through NetPlus Academy, members have a few different ways to expand their product knowledge and deepen their industry expertise. One way to access educational resources through Academy is with online courses through BlueVolt. In 2024 alone, NetPlus distributors collectively completed more than 13,300 BlueVolt courses! Our members are passionate about having mastery of new products and innovations from our supplier partners so they can best serve their customers' needs.

This week, the NetPlus team had the pleasure of hosting a supplier visit. Thank you to Steve White, Chuck Gibson, and Tim Veasman from JPW Industries for making the trip to Lockport, NY, to see us! We've had the opportunity of working with these outstanding industry professionals in other capacities in the past, and it was great to see them all together in their new roles with JPW. We had another high-quality Virtual Hands-On Training yesterday. Thanks to our partner Apex Tool Group, LLC for bringing in a GEARWRENCH expert to educate NetPlus members on the newest innovations in hand tools. They've been working on some ergonomic and efficiency updates to their traditional wrenches, sockets, and more, all designed with the technician in mind. Now, our distributors have all the latest information to best serve their customers.
