Staff team and Board of Directors just completed our winter off-site planning session in Scottsdale, Arizona, hosted at the headquarters of our longtime vendor partners from Resideo and ADI Global Distribution. Bittersweet to see the 2024 NetOne Inc. Shareholder & Strategic Leadership Conference come to a close after such a great week together. However, our attendees left energized, ready to return to their businesses and share what they’ve learned with their teams. Day 3 highlights included keynotes from Adam Echter and Michael Barnes, they returned that afternoon for a Fireside Chat with John Cannon, Tim Westphal and Pam Petrow. And the amazing Custom Alarm team hosted us all for a tour of their impressive Headquarters building. We wrapped up the day with a wonderful reception and dinner, sponsored by our longtime partners from ADI Global Distribution and Resideo. Thank you to the NetOne Shareholders and their leaders for coming to the event enthused to learn, share their own best practices and build relationships with their peers. We look forward to bringing the 2025 NetOne Shareholder & Sales/Marketing Best Practices Meeting to Philadelphia, PA on May 19-22. Day 2 of the 2024 NetOne Inc. Shareholder & Strategic Leadership Conference is in the books. NetOne leaders shared best practices related to employees and company culture, our partners from Digital Monitoring Products delivered a session on navigating cybersecurity threats, and we enjoyed a panel session and use case breakout session delivered by our vendor partners from CDW related to AI in our security world. And we wrapped up our day with an inspiring and thought provoking keynote from Rochester’s own, Krista Ryan, PCC. A recap of our Thursday closing day will be shared tomorrow.

The 2024 NetOne Inc. Shareholder & Strategic Leadership Conference in beautiful Rochester, MN is off and running. Our Shareholders and workgroup leaders are engaged in a full day of best practice sharing today and the Leadership Conference sessions kickoff tomorrow morning. Special thanks to our event hosts from Custom Alarm, especially NetOne Shareholder Melissa Brinkman and the amazing Chris Strieff. We also want to thank our vendor partners from Wesco including David Busco, MBA, who sponsored our Opening dinner last night. And finally, huge thanks to our partners from Hybrid Moon, who always help us bring our meetings to life in the months leading up to the event and onsite.

This is an especially great issue thanks to the many talented people at DMP that work on it. And the wonderful people at DGA Security and Stanley Oppenheim, CPP who gave us unvelievable access and guidence on this issue!

This project was a challenge and also so much fun to be able to get creative and figure out a way to deliver.
