About the Role
As Principal Data Engineer, you’ll independently manage and architect our data lake and reporting capabilities, enabling our Insights product and supporting HR and finance teams with high-quality, actionable data. You’ll work with Azure, Kafka, Debezium, and SQL, creating secure, scalable data architectures that empower meaningful business decisions.
What We’re Looking For
? 8+ years in data engineering, with expertise in data lakes, data warehouses, and end-to-end pipelines
? Advanced skills in Azure data lake, Kafka, Debezium, and SQL
? Strong data security and governance experience
? Background in SaaS and HR/finance data analytics is a plus
