Join us for an upcoming webinar on solving one of network management's biggest challenges: maintaining accurate network inventory across increasingly complex environments. As networks expand across on-premises, cloud, and virtual infrastructure, manual discovery methods simply can't keep pace with change. The new NetBox Discovery offers a powerful solution by automating the collection and synchronization of network data with your source of truth. In this session, we'll do a deep dive and demonstrate how NetBox Discovery streamlines operations through: - Configurable network scanning with customizable rates and protocols - Comprehensive device discovery with extensible drivers - Git-based configuration for scaling discovery policies - The new Worker framework for building custom integrations Learn how automated discovery can eliminate gaps in your inventory data and serve as the foundation for your network automation strategy. All registrants will receive the recording and the slides. Register here: https://hubs.ly/Q03dC5F30

A great project and use-case from Colin J Lacy, building an entirely browser-based NetBox lab using Coder. We love to see innovation in the community!
If you haven't tried Coder yet, it's pretty sweet! I'm using it to build out an entirely browser-based #NetBox lab for #CiscoLive, and I gotta say... it was WAY easier to set up than I expected. ?? ?? Here it is... - running on an Ubuntu VM - which is running in #Proxmox - which is running on an Intel NUC - which is sitting in the closet behind me. #VSCode Server still needs you to install a local VSCode client. And yeah, it's pretty likely that anyone who will take my lab will already have VSCode installed. BUT! for that one Emacs (or JetBrains) holdout who refuses to install VSCode? I got you covered! Come take my lab! Bigger picture, remote dev environments are becoming more and more of a thing, and I'm totally here for it. What about you? Have you tried remote development yet? If not Coder, then maybe GitHub Codespaces, or DevPod in Docker? Or better yet, in a #vCluster ?? )? Let me know in the comments! 11/100

We're excited to announce that NetBox Discovery now supports Git-based configuration management for Discovery Agents. Teams can centralize configurations in a single Git repository, deploy changes consistently across multiple agents, and maintain complete configuration history through familiar collaborative workflows. This approach simplifies management for organizations running Discovery agents across different network segments, with enterprise-grade Fleet Management capabilities coming later this year. As networks grow in complexity, configuration inconsistencies silently undermine reliability and security. In our upcoming webinar, we dive deep with tools and resources into managing operational drift. Learn how our newly released NetBox Assurance gives teams the tools to detect, manage, and prevent drift at scale - a critical capability for realizing the full potential of network automation. We'll cover practical approaches to maintaining network consistency, the essential role of a network source of truth, and how to leverage NetBox Assurance for more reliable infrastructure. P.S.
