On my way home from #APTLD86, where I ran a workshop for APAC ccTLDs on #DNSAbuse. Great engagement, and lots of interesting discussion about the future of online harms. We signed up some more ccTLDs to participate in NetBeacon Reporter (https://lnkd.in/gSQrWMAK) which is great, and got them access to their MAP dashboards too. My only regret is that I am allergic to so much Vietnamese food, as it looks so good.

Thank you so much Kevin Farmer for your enthusiasm and great work this summer, it was a pleasure to have you on board.

This summer I had the most amazing time interning with the NetBeacon Institute at the Public Interest Registry. As a part of the Institute, I worked with the Data Team to develop exciting contributions to NetBeacon MAP which is how the Institute publicizes critical data on the presence and mitigation of DNS Abuse. I was also able to write blog posts and contribute to reports that cover critical stories in the DNS Ecosystem. Not only was the work interesting and meaningful, but the workplace atmosphere was so welcoming even to interns. I never regretted working there even for a second. I learned so much about what goes on behind the scenes protecting registrars and registries from abuse at the Institute under the leadership of Graeme Bunton and the supervision of Rowena Schoo. They are truly amazing people to work with. I encourage everybody to read about all the work the Institute does to contribute towards a safer Internet!
