Meet Katie! Katie has worked for the Nebraska State Patrol almost three years with the last two and a half years as a HR Payroll Specialist. She is detailed oriented and takes care in making sure we have accurate paychecks for our teammates which is no small feat given our complicated monthly payroll process. We asked Katie a few more questions to get to know her better! ??What is your favorite part of working for the State of Nebraska? My favorite part is getting to interact with both sides of the agencies. Going from interacting with Sworn or working with State accounting as well with other agencies regarding transfers. Making smooth transition from one agency to another. ??In 5 words (or less), please give advice for others in your profession. Listen to others, and collaborate. ??What is one of your hobbies? My hobby is running a business that I absolutely love doing as well! ??What is a fun fact about yourself? I just got married and proudly became a bonus mom! Meet Austin! Austin is an Investigator with the Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board and has been with them for 7 years!
