关于我们
We are an indigenous-led and community-driven network that weaves together people and communities who care about human and ecological well-being in the Willamette River Basin. Mission: Create connections, build community, share and leverage resources and build the capacity of people and organizations to protect and restore the river and its communities. Vision: Together, we can shape solutions to heal and care for our river basin and communities for current and future generations. We are a fiscally sponsored project of the Tides Foundation.

After years of fostering Indigenous-led river stewardship in the Willamette watershed, Nesika Wilamut is transitioning to our next chapter. While our network operations will be sunsetting, we're proud to announce The Wilamut Legacy Fund—a $100,000 investment in our partners to continue advancing Indigenous perspectives in watershed stewardship. Our deepest gratitude to all who have been part of this journey. Though our organizational structure is changing, the relationships we've built and the vision we share for Indigenous-led conservation will continue to flow through our communities. https://lnkd.in/gsQ7A-HN #IndigenousLed?#WatershedStewardship?#WilamutLegacy?#WherePeopleAndRiversMeet?#NesikaWilamut
