??The NESHS Early Careerist Award, established in 2023, recognizes an early careerist who has continued to grow and excel in the areas of healthcare strategy, marketing, business and network development and implementation. The honoree displays a passion for lifelong learning and conducts his or herself with the highest ethical and professional standards. ??NESHS proudly bestows the 2024 Early Careerist award to Bridgette Carrier. ??Bridgette earned her dual degree MBA and MS in Business Analytics in 2021 from Suffolk University and her BS in Health Management and Policy in 2019 from the University of NH. ??She has been an active member, Chairperson and Board Member of NESHS. As Co-Chair of the Marketing Committee, she helped develop the Society’s online presence and created the atmosphere to keep members engaged during a time when we could not meet in person. She motivated and leveraged other Committee members to take on responsibility for the lift required to maintain NESHS’ LinkedIn presence. ??In 2020, she accepted an internship at MGH and we watched as her career quickly blossomed and she rose in knowledge and position to her current role in System Transformation. ??Bridgette is an inspiration to those early in their careers, but also to those who have spent many years in the field. Greg has 40-years’ experience facilitating personal, business, institutional, and community transformation initiatives and creating optimal paths toward success despite often uncertain times.
