After a successful ground-breaking event last year, Governor Polis revisited SP Crossing Apartments today to oversee the progress and advocate for affordable housing in Colorado. Significant advancements are being made at my South Platte Crossing affordable housing project. Framing has been finalized, windows have been fitted, and drywall installation is nearing completion in most units. Construction progress stands at approximately 65%, with an expected completion date of mid-February next year.
