Today, live at Manifest Demo Day, we announced our $35M Series A led by Vy Capital. The round was joined by Interlagos, Sequoia Capital, D3, and Keller Rinaudo Cliffton (CEO, Zipline). Neros is honored to announce our selection by the International Drone Coalition to deliver 6,000 Archer systems to Ukraine. The down-select process started with 260 companies and included multiple rounds of rigorous testing, which ultimately led to the selection of Archer. Forbes: "U.S. company Neros?has won a contract to deliver 6,000 FPV attack drones to Ukraine over 6 months, believed to be the highest rate for any U.S. producer ever. This is part of an?international effort supplying drones?to Ukraine. Making large numbers of FPVs fast has been challenging for U.S. producers, but it is core to Neros’ way of working." Introducing Neros Archer, the first FPV platform on the BlueUAS list. Archer is a high performance, long range FPV drone capable of carrying a 2 kg/4.5 lb payload over 20 kilometers. The components that make up Archer are engineered by Neros, refined by rigorous battlefield testing, and manufactured in the United States. Archer is paired with Crossbow, our tactical ground station that enables enhanced jamming resistance and standoff between pilot and emitters. Crucially, Archer is an order of magnitude less expensive than other small drones on the BlueUAS list. Neros is building mass-manufacturing of critical unmanned systems, in the United States. Archer’s addition to BlueUAS is one of many steps in the path to bringing advanced and cost-effective capabilities to our warfighters. We are proud to have worked with the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory and Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) on this effort, and want to thank all of our partners who have provided the feedback to refine Archer over the past 16 months. Last week, Neros was sanctioned by China. While the sanctions are somewhat meaningless (we don't have any assets in China to seize), we wear them as a badge of honor. The CCP is realizing what pilots across DOD already know—Neros delivers an essential capability that America's adversaries fear. This also highlights the importance of the work we have done to move sUAS supply chains out of China.?America must achieve unmanned superiority at scale!

Neros was thrilled to be a part of the Department of Commerce trade mission to Taiwan focused on UAS. The objective of this mission was to advance U.S. national interests and focus on meeting Taiwan market demand for UAS and C-UAS commercial and defense solutions. We were excited to see the recognition that FPV drones offer asymmetric advantages to militaries that employ them. This opportunity allows us to explore innovative collaborations and expand our global footprint.?
