We now #LightTheWay in the same office building as Don Draper! Our new Murray Hill office building wasn’t built until 1974 but it also houses McCann—the agency featured in Mad Men. While the show was on air, McCann created official employee IDs for the characters featuring the address of our?building!

“When children are able to dream and succeed, we all win.” — Eunice, Associate Director, Product Design, NEON | An IPG Health Company What started as support for her friend Nicole Russell, founder of Precious Dreams Foundation, has transformed into a 13-year journey of volunteer work with the foundation empowering youth in foster care and homeless shelters to reach their dreams. The Precious Dreams Foundation aims “to deliver crucial services and enriching programs for youth as they enter, exit and transition through the foster care and homeless shelter system.” And whether it be through donations or workshops, Eunice has been able to not just feel, but see the lasting impact she's able to have on others. As a mother, this work hits close to home. She said she’s embraced this mission with her own daughters and encourages them and their friends to help children in need. “My daughters have routines, stuffed toys and their own bedtime habits—like reading or journaling—that help them unwind,” Eunice said. “These are simple comforts, but many children in foster care or experiencing homelessness lack these luxuries, thrust into circumstances beyond their control.” This work has not only shaped her personally but professionally as well. “From a messaging standpoint to even an engagement/user experience standpoint, I believe there is value to be able to call upon those different experiences when thinking about when and how our brands can communicate and connect to audiences they may need to reach,” Eunice explained. Eunice has even helped organize a Toy Drive for our New York and New Jersey Offices this holiday season to help the foundation reach their goal of 10K donated gifts. An inspiring example of empathy and purpose in action – we’re truly moved by your commitment to doing what’s right, Eunice! ???
