We're thrilled to introduce Emma Brunette, our new Senior Automation Systems Engineer who joined the Nemesys team in December last year. School holidays are in full swing, and our Invercargill office has been putting them to good use! We've had a keen young helper on deck, tackling jobs around the place—like giving the fence a fresh coat of paint and keeping things looking spot on. It’s great to see students rolling up their sleeves, showing solid work ethic, and getting stuck into the job without a fuss. No complaints, just a can-do attitude—something we really admire. Who knows, we might just have some future engineers, project managers, or problem-solvers in the making!

Another Friday, another gym session... and another teammate tying the knot! Huge congratulations to Jackson as he heads into his big day next week! Back into it for 2025! Our Friday gym sessions kicked off with a bang this week. As our usual super trainer Dave McLean was still enjoying their summer break, we called in super sub Tony to put us through our paces — and let's just say, it was a goodie and definitely kept the sweat sessions alive. It would also be remiss not to mention Jaco, who made a return for some quality Nemesys team time. Cheers to kicking off the year strong!

Over the past few weeks, Henry has been sharpening his skills and soaking up knowledge from our Senior team here in Hamilton, setting himself up to hit the ground running back in Taranaki in the new year. It’s been great having you in the Hamilton office, Henry—we’ve loved seeing your dedication and drive. We’re excited to watch you grow and make your mark in the team. Welcome aboard!

It's that time of year again! This weekend, the Hamilton and Taranaki teams got into the Christmas spirit with a fantastic day at the Hamilton Races, followed by a dinner to celebrate in style. Prizes were handed out for the best dressed and most underdressed—because who doesn’t love a bit of friendly competition? While the organiser couldn’t track down sashes labeled "Best Dressed," they made do with "Bridesmaid" and "Bride-to-Be" instead. Lisa claimed the overall Best Dressed for the ladies, while Ashley wowed us in the men’s category. The fiercest competition, however, was for the "Most Underdressed," with Oliver graciously taking home the title in good humour. As always, it was a brilliant time with this crew. To our incredible Nemesys teams: thank you for being the superstars you are! Enjoy a well-deserved break.
