#NEMECYS_eu was represented at the 16th Asian Conference on Machine Learning (ACML) by Noam Koren (IBM Research & Technion) and Abigail Goldsteen (IBM Research), where Noam Koren presented the IBM Research team’s paper, "Membership Inference Attacks Against Time-Series Models." The research conducted by by?Noam Koren, Abigail Goldsteen, Guy Amit, and?Ariel Farkash,?explores privacy risks in time-series prediction models used in medical machine learning and highlights their vulnerabilities to membership inference attacks. The team proposed new attack features to enhance accuracy, emphasising the need for stronger privacy assessments when deploying #AI-driven #healthcare solutions. This contribution from our partner IBM Research reinforces the importance?of ensuring privacy in machine learning applications and provides valuable insights for addressing security challenges in the healthcare sector!
