Our single goal is to do exceptional work inspired by our clients and the opportunities they present to create meaningful and memorable places. For over 35 years the leaders of Nelsen Partners have worked together on projects throughout the US and around the world. Nelsen Partners provides architecture, interiors, planning, and urban design services for projects ranging from mixed-use developments and master-planned urban centers, to retail developments, office buildings, residential towers, hotels, performing arts venues, and restaurants. The firm, led by thirteen partners and associates, provides its services from offices in Austin and Phoenix. We are a practice consisting of experienced professionals, inspired by the enthusiasm of talented young architects who keep our ideas fresh and expand our vision. We take pride in the contributions of our team members, working collaboratively to engage and integrate their experience, knowledge, vision and innovation in our design process. The expertise gained on hundreds of projects combined with a commitment to exceptional service has built the foundation for the firm to continue its growth and expansion. We’re excited to announce that the Shade Canopy project within the Novus Innovation Corridor is nearing completion!?This innovative project showcases a blend of precision engineering, architectural design, and custom craftsmanship to create a functional yet visually striking structure. Spanning 120 feet in length and rising 33 feet high, the canopy features over 500 meticulously hand-placed Kovach panels, each prefinished out of state and carefully installed to ensure both durability and aesthetic appeal. The underside of the panels boasts a sleek, 4mm mirror finish, which enhances the visual impact of the structure by reflecting ambient light and creating a dynamic atmosphere. Project Spotlight: The Global Ambassador Hotel The Global Ambassador is a stunning 141 room luxury hotel in Scottsdale, AZ designed by the talented Nelsen Partners | Architects & Planners and brought to life by Okland Construction. Every space, detail, curve, and material choice were meticulously selected to create the perfect experience and aesthetic. The hotel features two prominent elevated patios with our porcelain pavers. The rooftop patio features incredible dining opportunities and stunning views of Camelback Mountain – covered from end to end in Pearl 2cm porcelain pavers from our Travertine Collection laid over SpanTrak FRP Grating and Prime Pedestals. On the second level, guests can step out from the world-class workout facility onto two large patios. Elegant Pearl pavers with Greystone accent stripes give the space calm and luxurious vibe.
