What we do is so unique - it's an innovative concept to partner with companies to help them get their top candidates to accept their jobs and relocate to Indiana. There are only a couple of other companies who do what we do. When people tell us, "I can get a good job anywhere", we highlight why Indiana, and why this community for them. We are not your everyday recruiters or headhunters - we are matchmakers who connect candidates with our community. We also work to fill roles in the Medical Field here in Indiana. Currently, we have openings for Physicians in Family Medicine, Nephrology, Pediatrics, Nursing, Respiratory Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Interventional Nephrology, Psychiatry, Emergency Medicine Assistant Director, and Echo Technologists. We understand the overwhelming stresses that come with the consideration process. We’re here to help.
