In service of this vision, we advocate for early education and care policy reform and implement innovative, scalable solutions that address the biggest challenges faced by early education and care providers and the families who rely on them. We specialize in ground-level, strategic interventions aimed at building the capacity of the early education and care sector, and advocate for the public investment it needs and deserves. We show systems change in action, to push policy forward.

Typical of Rennie's high-quality research, this report, led by Brian McGahie and presented jointly today by Brian and Elle Jansen, lays out a helpful overview of #Massachusetts #earlychildhoodeducation funding sources, funding streams, successes, challenges, and forward-looking policy recommendations. Danubia Camargos Silva, Ed. M., Chad d'Entremont, and opening remarks by long-time #ece champion Massachusetts House of Representatives Assistant Majority Leader Alice Peisch, set the table for an expert panel, including, Amy O'Leary of Strategies for Children, Colin A. Jones of Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center, Kimberly D. Lucas of Northeastern University, and Latoya Gayle of Neighborhood Villages, who highlighted the need for urgent action, measuring/scaling/communicating success to all stakeholders, alignment and collaboration across multiple systems and sectors, and the resolve and patience to be creative and innovative in achieving a future state the works for all families based on the strengths of the #earlychildhood field.
