In service of this vision, we advocate for early education and care policy reform and implement innovative, scalable solutions that address the biggest challenges faced by early education and care providers and the families who rely on them. We specialize in ground-level, strategic interventions aimed at building the capacity of the early education and care sector, and advocate for the public investment it needs and deserves. We show systems change in action, to push policy forward.

I firmly believe that early education and child care for children ages 0-5 is one of the most critical issues of our time. It’s a cornerstone of gender equity, economic mobility, racial justice, and academic opportunity?for children. That’s why I’m proud to support Neighborhood Villages, an incredible nonprofit driving innovative, scalable solutions?to improve the quality and accessibility of child care in Massachusetts. Their work proves that we can not only ensure every child enters kindergarten ready to learn and thrive but also use child care programs as powerful hubs to deliver essential goods, health supports, and social services to vulnerable families. This December, Neighborhood Villages is hosting its annual Winter Wonder Fest—a joyful celebration that brings over 200,000 essential items?and holiday cheer to more than 1,000 families?served by their programs.
