Celebrating the Careers of Chris Goggan and Tina Pina Last week, we gathered to celebrate the incredible careers of Chris Goggan and Tina Pina as they step into retirement after decades of dedication to Neighborhood Credit Union. Chris has been an integral part of our organization for 23 years, serving as Vice President of Technology Operations and making a lasting impact through his leadership, expertise, and innovation. His contributions have shaped our success, and he will be greatly missed. Tina has been with Neighborhood Credit Union for an amazing 39 years, playing a vital role as a Payments ACH Specialist in our Operations Department. Her dedication, hard work, and the positive influence she has had on our team will be felt for years to come. We are incredibly grateful for everything Chris and Tina have done for our credit union family. Their legacies will continue to inspire, and we wish them both the best in this exciting new chapter. The State of the City of Lancaster event, hosted by the IPAC Chamber of Commerce, featured Mayor Clyde C. Hairston of Lancaster, Tx, who shared exciting insights about the city’s growth. I had the privilege of representing Neighborhood Credit Union and even had a chance to chat briefly with the mayor. It was a fantastic networking opportunity, with all the major financial institutions in attendance.

Kaysha recently celebrated 18 years with Neighborhood Credit Union, starting as a Financial Services Representative at our former Oak Cliff branch. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in our digital growth and online member experience, leading to significant advancements in digital acquisition since taking over eCommerce in 2018. Beyond her contributions to NCU, Kaysha is deeply involved in the credit union movement, serving as a Cornerstone Credit Union League Young Professionals Advisor and NCU’s YP Coordinator.?? Gabriel Reyes has been promoted to Vice President, Facilities! Since joining us in 2021, Gabriel has been instrumental in expanding and enhancing our physical footprint, leading efforts in the opening of our Sherman branch, Corporate Office expansion, and the integration of our Forney and Kaufman branches. His leadership and the dedication of his Facilities team ensure that our branches and offices run seamlessly, supporting our ability to serve members effectively.
