We are 143 boxes shy of our goal. 143 opportunities for local kids in Norcross to know that they are loved and cared for by the community around them. Help if you can! Join us on Thursday, November 21, to network and make a difference with chamber nonprofit members Proximity Gap Network and Neighborhood Cooperative Ministries. We'll begin with networking time over coffee and doughnuts, provided by our chamber member host Generations Church and then roll up our sleeves to pack food boxes that will go home with local students whose families would face a food scarcity over the holiday break. It’s that special time of year again! Last year, the Neighborhood Christmas Train Experience brought the joy of Christmas to 120 families and helped raise nearly $10,000 for NCM. We’re excited to make it happen again! How can you get your group involved? Volunteer for the Christmas event or visit with your family starting December 7th . Throwback Thursday - NCM hosted community Job Fairs with corporate partners helping those in the community get back to work. We are still in the business of putting people back to work. If you are interested in being a part of getting our families employed, send an email to Ryan Jones.

Synovus is passionate about the community and takes pride in supporting local organizations. They collected PB&J throughout the month of September and presented over 300 jars to us. "Peanut butter is a staple item for food banks, as it contains protein, healthy fats, and good vitamins and minerals. And, of course, nothing goes better with peanut butter than jelly!" We are so grateful for the corporate partners that serve our families.

This is the most successful Celebration we've ever had, and it was all thanks to you! Thank you to those who attended the LIVE event and to those who participated from home!
