Nehmer, AIA, ISHC, JN+A provides complete Architectural Design, Construction Project Management, Litigation Support and Mediation, Pre-Construction services, and CADD Animation support. The firm's design repertoire includes Hotels, Conference Centers, Casinos, Residential Projects, and Educational, Religious, and Recreational Facilities. The diverse staff at Nehmer includes licensed Architects, Interior Designers, Development Executives, Contractors, and Owner's Representatives, all of whom combine their talents to provide the Client with total Project Management. The Staff has been assembled with the idea of providing the Client with individuals who understand the entire design and construction process. Staff members have published articles in several national magazines and have served as lecturers at Universities as well as national and regional meetings on Architecture and Development. The firm is currently licensed to practice in many states throughout the U.S., and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards for registration in the remaining states. Nehmer has also worked on Projects in Canada, Latin America, Europe, Australia, and the Caribbean.
