NCAA President and former Governor Charlie Baker spoke at the New England Council recent breakfast, held at the UMass Club. Attending the event with me was my colleague at Berkshire Bank, Brian Kenney. Also in the audience was former Governor, Bill Weld. The New England Council, founded in 1925, is a non-partisan alliance of business, academic, public and private organizations throughout New England formed to promote economic growth and high quality of life in the region.
