Breaking New Ground for a Thriving Future! ???????? Today, we joined the Mayor of City of Lincoln – Lincoln, Nebraska, South of Downtown Community Development Organization and Hoppe Development to celebrate a major milestone for the Center Terrace project in the heart of Lincoln’s South of Downtown neighborhood. This transformative project will bring 125 affordable housing units, tailored for families with incomes between 30% and 60% of the area median income, to the community. Additionally, it will serve as a new home for Clinic with a Heart, a nonprofit healthcare provider dedicated to supporting uninsured and underinsured Nebraskans. ?? Together, we're building more than housing; we're investing in health, connection, and lasting change.
